i will never shop your dixie highway store again i was approved for almost 2000 thrpugh progressive and placed an order for a couch two chairs it took 3 hours for everything to go through spent 1000 was told we would get tue delivery tuesday june 13th i confrimed my address sunday also asked them to change the phone number on the account as that was no longer my number they said they wpuld bit never did so they called the wrong number those people tried to change the delivery address so it was cancelled until i brought in proof of bank statment account form ss card and ID i had no problem with that but wanted something to be done as this was not my mistake they said they would take the delivery charger off and then became rude and told me it was partly my fault and that he was not going to rin around playing my games this came from the manager…..so i went to a differnt store brought all my proofs again no delivery charge tried to reorder and now im being denied because of fraud for their mistake

I am so disappinted with art van I got a so so leather sect and the leather peeled off not even a yr old and they say nothing can be done I don’t have a warrenty. Fake Leather
The comments you see in this website are a good indication of what you will experience if your purchase anything from Art Van. They do not stand behind their warranties and come up with reasons why they can’t follow the warranty although nothing is mentioned in the warranty. My issue is with a mattress that is only four years old. It’s sinking and slopping. The warranty states nothing about it having to sink a certain amount, but that is what is now being used to determine if they will honor the warranty. I weigh 108; any mattress that sinks under my weight has to be of poor quality. Don’t take my word for it. Google customer complaints about Art Van and see how many are there. I don’t understand why our AG office is not pursuing these. Art Van is ripping off thousands of Michigan citizens for thousands of dollars. Do yourself a favor, and don’t take the mattress test. It’s a scam.
