When i called and booked room i specifically asked if there was a pool and hot tub.. I was told yes…cause we wanted a hot tub to use..its the only reason we choose to stay at baymont…so today on our way i called to see when we could check in..i have a timer on my phone i called first time 15 mins 47 sec no answer just rang and rang hung up called back it just rang and rang 17 mins 26 sec then i tried 1 more time 6 mins 12 some lady finally answered asked how she could help me i said yes please tell me why it took you over 30mins to answer the phone the only thing she said was mam i am sorry what can i do i need to know when we can check in cause we got in early she said since sold out it wouldn’t be til 2pm..well we get here and check in with intention of warming up in hot tub…which we find out isnt working when i was told it was …it is the only reason to stay at your hotel now we cant even use it…really????? We are not happy..we asked if we could have a refund cause we want a hot tub..(we want to leave and find some place else but really at 150 a night that isnt refunded we now have to stay very unhappy) we were told no cause it is less than 24 hour notification..really its not our fault we were lied to..that is total bs…also when we checked in the young lady was rude..no customer service skills what so ever very unfriendly…i cant believe you run a hotel like this…
