    We had a party of five dining at the store on 94th ave. in Orland pk, IL, on thanksgiving. I have no complaint with the food or the waiter’s service, they were both excellent. My complaint is with a coupon promo for a free order of pasta set to expire on 11/25. I printed the email with the coupon and opted to bring it and use it on thanksgiving. Well I didn’t realize that part of the coupon upc number got cut off. The waiter brought it to my attention and asked if I could pull it up on my phone so he could scan it. I could not do it and asked if he could still honor it, it seemed like such a petty thing to hassle a customer with on Thanksgiving. So he sent the Manager back to speak with me, long story short he very nicely told me he could not honor my coupon without the code. I needed that upc number, mind you we had all ready ordered the Free pasta. So I am very unhappy that I spent $200 without tip and had to pay for the free pasta. I don’t think good customer service was the top priority. So you have lost a good customer today. Please do not send me anymore coupons as I am not tech savvy enough to print them correctly. You could make me happy by refunding my free pasta.

    So sorry, but I have a complaint. We took our employees (7 people total) to the Bucca location at Westfield Mall on Blossom Hill Road San Jose, Ca. Was pretty disappointed when we all ordered either wine and cocktails and the server kept telling us they were out of stock of practically everything on their drink menu. My husband and I went again and we placed our drink order. First we ask for their best Chianti (out), then we asked for the house chianti (out) then we asked for their brand of red wine (out) then we asked for a Cabernet of any brand (out). The server was very apologetic and told us she had told the manager that they need to stock up especially during the holidays. he seemed to not care. So I do not think i will be going to that location for our employees xmas gathering and anytime soon. And definitely let my friends know our experience.

    I recently visited your restaurant for my mother in laws birthday. It did not go well. Our drinks took very long to arrive, our garlic bread didn’t arrive at our table until our entrees were half finished. Our entrees arrived in a timely manner but with no plates to serve the entrees on. We weren’t provided with enough silver wear either so we had to wait and flag down our server who was acting as bartender and our waiter. I frequent your restaurant often, it’s one of my go to places for celebrations and family events and remains as such…but if service continues to decline I cannot vouch it will continue to be. Thank you

    I was at the Robinson Buca 2 months ago with a friend. We were seated and a tall blonde young male waiter came to take our order. It seemed like he cared more about the 2 tables of 7+ people than us. There was another server working half of that same room, who was able to bring another couple their drinks and bread while taking care of another table of 10+ people. That couple, who arrived after we did, got their food at least 15 minutes before we did. We didn’t order anything extravagant that it would have taken the 40 minutes it did. I asked the male server for bread, he said ok, but continued to ignore me for the tables that would make him the most tip. I left angry that we were not given attention like the other server was giving to her side. When I told the manager, all he said was “Sorry”. He never mentioned he would talk to the Server or anything. This left a very bad taste in my mouth.

    I posted this review on Facebook and I received a message to contact corporate facebook page and send them this complaint and my information. I did, but as of yet, I haven’t heard anything from anyone.
