    It has been made aware that members that are seeking care for their family are the focus of the site while members that are caregivers are treated as an after thought. Caregivers are vulnerable to inaccurate reviews that may ruin their profile from members that have not even met or spoken with the caregiver over the phone. Families have the complete power to write reviews after only exchanges a few messages and make other families view the caregiver as someone they are not. Members should have to meet a certain criteria to post reviews on a caregivers profile. Some members are completely inappropriate and abuse their power as a member. Due to not responding within a very short amount of time over a holiday, a member felt they had the right to portray they knew the caregiver better than they actually did. Now, this is what families looking at the caregiver will see, not any other positive review from members that actually know and have worked with the caregiver. This is not okay and should be handled properly by Families abusing their power as a member should not be allowed to do so. This is not why is around and is not what the company claims to stand for. All members should be held to the same standards and treated equally. All members should have the same capabilities and limits on the site. This is not what is being portrayed by the site currently. Very poor reviews for and it’s “policies” right now. Things need to be changed to keep up with current situations.

    I’m wondering what the criteria to become an employee of the back up program. I interviewed via skype and was hired during that interview. I was told I would be an excellent addition to the service. We moved forward, I provided everything they requested, had a face to face in Waltham and left with the information they would contact me about a start date. I then receive a call that I was not hired, with no explanation. I asked who I could speak to about it and was told I was speaking to that person. To this day it still bothers me. This was an opportunity I was excited about. I just want to know what happened. There are always posting on the site. I have impeccable references and would still like to be part of the service.

    You took my bank information, allowed me to make a profile and even apply for positions, then in less than 24hrs, you terminate my picture and profile and state in the email that you are not required to provide any reasons at all as to why you did what you did. It was a rather unprofessional experience and I changed my bank information to make sure you do not steal from me.

    You will be reported to the BBB along with all your other complaints. (Over 600 of them) never will I recommend your company to work at or to use. May your business go under and not be able to play games with anyone else.
