I’m writing to you regarding my Cartier watch that I bought in April,2014.Since that date,I had to bring my watch to your dealer several times.I live in İzmir,Turkey and I bought it from Şems İlkan,Günkut Saat.
The main problem is that in each time,the service in İstanbul never expressed an acceptable reason.It was neither a customer fault nor the company’s.But the same problem occured again and again.
In nearly three years period, I wouldn’t be able to use my watch for seven months.Because it was at the service in İstanbul.
Although all my family has their own Cartiers and we really trust Cartier’s quality, I wouldn’t like to use my Cartier anymore.I paid a lot for this watch(VM6920070/163312TX) But it had so many problems.Nowadays it is again at the service since November, 2016 and they haven’t called me, yet.
As you may agree I no longer have an intention to struggle with this issue.So with my full trust to customer satisfaction principles of Cartier, I would really appreciate your kind support on changing my watch with a new one(same model) or refund of the value. Thanks in advance.
