Hi my name is Evelyn. Me and my daughter and grandchild went yesterday to Chuck E. Cheese in Visalia CA.. Time was around 5:00 pm.
My 14 year old granddaughter told me that she felt very uncomfortable with the Manager he kept making it where he kept coming a cross her path and being too, too overly friendly. Her and her sister went to buy ice cream and he happen to be the one to come and help her, she ask for one of the small icecream. He asked her:…. Who’s the ice cream for, and she answered it was for her so he gave her the Large Cookie ice cream for the same price of the small one and she said that a lady employee turned and gave him a look when he did that. He also was asking for her age and at one point she said he came over where she was at and intentionally bumped her and he even called her by Mommas in an affectionate way. We didn’t get his name he did leave around 6 or 6:30. He is the one that kept saying Merry Christmas to the Customers in April. My granddaughter said she never felt so uncomfortable ever……. as she did with that Manager yesterday evening.
This has me very worried!

Ok as usual the northland is neglected in all material ways from another large franchise. This Tiffany Spring location ‘Chuck E Cheese’ at KC Kansas is depressing for any child . The atomphere is dark dismal and quite honestly smelly! instead of being bright and gay like other locations: point of complaints :

Depressing lighting dull and depressing
Filthy carpet
Dirty toilets
Half way through what looks like painted and repairs depressingly unfinished walls.
Many machines out of order
Some machines do not give tokens out very disappointing for any child.
A very unwelcoming visit. I decided to bring my niece here from England and it was just so dissapointming from the last time I was here three years ago. Never again.
A very disappointing visit for store 617 albany Ga location inside the albany mall, the customer service was un humane and very abstract as a consumer. The facility is equipt with improper survalliance camera my kid was pushed down and had a busted lip the store manager could not produce any evidence because the camera were pointing in a off direction. Very disappointing I only wanted to know what happen because my child had to recieve stitches and this incident was swept under the rug I went back on the following day to express my concern they told me the evidence was not there because of the direction of the camera. The customer service was very disgusting and diappointing, it is unsafe there never going back I am from columbus ga got invited to relative birthday pary never going back there again………
1. On 9-25-2017, my grandchild was playing at the Winston Salem Chuck E. Cheese’s 620 Hanes Mall Blvd, Winston Salem, NC 27103 location.

3. He won 600 tokens, which my husband had one of the store employees help load into a Chuck e Cheese card that he had purchased.
Today, when my husband and grandchild returned to play again he was told the card did not have any credits, that the machine had messed up. My husband showed the employees the receipt the computer printed out and ask to speak to the manager. All employees told him they were all managers and they did not care if he had a receipt or not. TOO BAD…. WE CAN NOT HELP YOU AND WE ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR YOUR RECEIPT.
BEFORE WE FILE A FORMAL RIPOFF COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS THE COMPANY POLICY HANDLING THIS TYPE OF ISSUE.
I don’t care what anybody says, your Chuck E. Cheese establishment on FM 1960 at Willowbrook Mall in Houston, Texas has the BEST pepperoni pizza my husband and I have ever had. Mind you now, my husband is 75 and I am almost 70 and we love pizza and have had many pizzas in our lifetime from many different pizza places. But when you started putting the cheese in the outside crust and this store puts plenty of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza itself – it cannot be beat. My 4 year old granddaughter absolutely loves going to Chuck E. Cheese. She wants to go every day of the week. She also loves the pizza, and especially the games.
Just wanted you to know to let that store manager know they are doing an awesome job on preparing their pizzas. Keep up the good work.

I paid for my for my youngest daughter to celebrate her 2nd birthday. I paid for the 2 hours of unlimited play for 5. Everything was going great. Then when my daughter and her boyfriend were finished putting our groups tickets into the machine that prints out the receipt for your tickets. A woman came up to my daughter and accused them of stealing her tickets. She didn’t say anything until she seen that they had 305 tickets. Then the woman’s man tried to start a fight with my daughter’s boyfriend (he was like “Really…in a kids place”). So, these people lied about it and were rewarded with free tickets after trying to start a fight in Chuck-E-Cheese. I’m extremely disappointed with the way it was handled. I’ve paid for my grandson and daughter to have their birthday parties at the Rogers Arkansas. My 2 grandsons birthdays are coming up but had planned to pay to celebrate it there but after all of this.
