I am sure Steve, you thought this was a good idea for seniors, But, if your support staff is not willing to help these 80 plus individuals some who live alone . You need to make sure that your employees are doing their jobs correctly. please… Some of these seniors can not understand how to do simple things to help fix some problems. You need to try to have a better support system for them our please do not say Consumer Cellular is intended for seniors.
I have been calling for over a week to speak with an rep. They put me on hold for a very long time. When I leave my number they call me back hours later when I am at work, etc. I am thinking very much about switching to AT&T. They no longer require contracts anymore. Consumer cellular is getting bad!!!
I’ve never been treated so bad as did the other day after speaking with one of the reps. I will be contacting the BBB on this company.
