Dear Sirs,
During a much needed weekend getaway for my Mother Gloria – I wanted to take time out and share!
It gives me great pleasure to share my Amazing experience at your hotel. Some of the Finest Millenials working for you gave me some of the best customer service, ever.
I had given up on trusting a young Team delivering great service. Throughout the many Hotels that I’ve visting this year alone; these young ladies have taken elevated service to the next level.
I really hope you will recognize Consweller, Lautencia and Haynes for their contribution to Service Excellence.
Consweller in fact takes pride in delivering service. I bet she support the needs of your hotel front desk to the kitchen preparing the breakfast bar. Consweller never missed a moment to smile or be friendly. She never complained about being tired. Her only goal was to take care of every guest. If they didn’t live so far away, I would certainly consider them for my establishment.
Charish their talent and skillset as we all know, great customer service is hard to find!
I will definitely stay with you, again. #Savannah
Best Wishes
Kelly
We stayed at the Country Inn in Beaufort, South Carolina. Employee, Victoria Becker made our stay so much nicer. She was so nice to the guest. I hope someone from corporate will recognize her for her hard work and dedication.
Seems to me that if you have a problem somebody would feel the need to get back with you manager at one of your facilities refuses to contact me and discuss some pricing
Horrible hotel! It is tired and run-down. Judging from the harvest gold and avocado green decor, it hasn’t been updated since the 70s. The atmosphere was like a cheap trucker’s motel. 1000 words wouldn’t be enough to describe my stay here. The second night, when I got back at 11:30 PM after a long, tough day, I couldn’t get to my room! There were about 40 people sitting on the floor in the hall drinking beer, talking and laughing. I had to bully the guy at the front desk to get him to go up there and ask them to move!! On check out day, as I struggled down from an upper floor with my two harps and sound gear, even though I had written a request for a ground floor room when I booked a couple months in advance, I was helped by another guest who told me that when she checked in, her room had not been cleaned at all. Unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor, etc. The breakfast room was so small that even though the staff tired, they could not keep up with the demand for tables so it was untidy and overcrowded. In the fitness room, one of the machines was standing in a puddle of water! Signing in to the internet required calling the desk and having them send up a young man in a baseball cap who finally solved the sign on problem after about 20 minutes and a phone call to someone else. Since I paid $260 for two nights at this bad hotel I felt even more angry when another guest told me that I should have booked through Priceline. It was a lot cheaper. So not only did I have two rotten nights at this place but I found that I had paid way too much for it as well. In the past I have had several nice stays at Country Inn and Suites in other parts of the country, which is why I booked this place. I definitely won’t every stay at one of those again.
