    I sent my bro in today cause i was at work to pay for upgraded plan. Which i was told by 611 it was 15.30. They took a whole month payment. 50 Dollars. And my bill was just paid on the 16th in full. Cant refund. I dont want cricket to my next bill but my phone. Has a speaker problem. And i have insurance. Trying to see y my bablance can go towards my new phone. Let me know. Cause im pissed

    Cricket is the worst service i have ever have. Products are garbage and the customer service is a nightmare cricket goes out of its way to show you they dont care. I have now been 3 weeks without my phone that i still pay my bill on when i was told by warrenty dept i would get new phone the next day. U call customet service u get rude people who put u on hold for up to 30 mins then hang up on you. I am not paying my next bill and taking my familys business to a different company. Do your self a favor and DO NOT make the mistake of becoming a cricket customer… Crickets slogan should be. “Fuck you and your phone we are cricket and we do this shit on purpose. Because fuck our customers thats why”

    Customer service a joke as the entire company – but so is AT&T and that is the mother company. Cricket computers down and cannot pay bill at locations. Cricket computers down, cant pay bill and they shut phone off. WTF – lawsuit for sure – my attorney loves this kind of shit especially with stupid fucks for customer service. They will pay.

    How can you cut a phone off when the bill isn’t due for another 4days? My parents are on a fixed income and have auto pay every month it comes out no problem, but this month you decieded to take it out early and when the money wasn’t there you cut them off. That just doesn’t sound legal to me they paid for the entire month.

The Cricket wireless in West Jordan Utah at 7800 S 5600 W is the worst bitch you will ever meet!! She tells you nothing about what is going on with your transaction. She never told me that if I bought a phone and was upgrading that the other phone would be shut off right away, and it was my husbands phone that he uses for work, and she just rang up the order with no discussion or helpfulness at all!!! If were a little smarter we all would stop using companies like this and BAN them!!!!

    I have a bring your own phone but the rest of my friends and family have cricket wireless. Part of my voice mail stop working was told it’s because I have my own phone not cricket’s but my family and friends have the same problem and all are cricket phones and cricket said it didn’t understand why the other phones are having the same problem but my problem is because I got my phone from the co that makes the phone and not from a cricket store. Now for my phone I understand but for my sister who just got her phone a week before the problem it said it don’t understand why it don’t work, we all have the same phones. So after I get off the call with cricket I started to look up info on the web and found out that it’s not just the one sm group I know but a whole lot of people all over the US having the problem. He makes sure that the only numbers that you can reach someone is it’s cricket 611 or 800 number that takes you to the very same people who do not understand English and who do not talk so we can understand the words in English, got a feeling if some of the people could talk better things would be fixed sooner and no matter what I asked the people said the very same thing and asked all the very same things and in the end like every other time I have called with a problem I have to call back and call back to get anything done. THIS CO IS A BIG ASS JOKE and no numbers to call in the US and the few numbers I did find online don’t work to reach anyone and no one calls back. I would like to know how to reach it’s legal dept so I can go to my lawyer with everything and see how a judge likes the way AIO, ATT Cricket deals with customers who reach out for help with problems and the way it’s call center seems to have workers who don’t care about us the people who make the pay checks happen. I am paying for a full service and only getting part of a service and I think in the US we have laws for that and that judge and courts all across this land looks down on offering a service it will not or can not give. Out of every cell co this is the lowest of any, I thought it was Sprint but once ATT/ AIO took over Cricket it is now the lower co of any for customer care. I so hope that this co gets put out of service soon or has to pay us all back some cash it took without the right to take it. IF we all went to court Cricket would be hard pressed to change it’s ways!!!!

    Cricket wireless is a freaking scam. I have been a loyal customer for about three years. I recently had to send my phone back through the warranty because my phone would not power on. The sent me out a new phone and that phone was also defective. I was suppose to receive a new phone on Wednesday. My phone was sent out to the wrong address. which could have been prevented had i received the email to let me know that it was being shipped out and allowed me to track it. I could have pointed out they had my address was incorrect. So now here i am a week without a phone. The customer service is just plain rude and act as if cricket should not be held accountable for their mistakes. They hung up on me several times when I asked to speak to a manager or higher up. Out of frustration i asked to suspend my service because now 10 days out of a month I a paying for a phone that I still don’t have. I called right back because reality is that i have a child that i need to keep in contact with while he is in route to school and for emergencies and I just auto-paid my bill. I was told that i would have to pay a reactivation fee and a REPAY my bill that I just paid and haven’t had a phone since i paid the bill. There is no corporate number. and the higher up at the 1800 number is never available no on e has an extension. The manager who i spoke with asked did i have a number they could reach me on? MY PHONE HASN’T SHIPPED TO ME! If I had another phone it wouldn’t be an issue that its taken a week or more to send me out this phone. I don’t understand why you would make me pay twice for a month CRICKET is the one who messed up. I will take my 60 plus activation fee over to Metro PCS or pay more to a bigger company not AT&T i rather pay more if that’s what it takes to get better service. I don’t understand why my phone was sent to the wrong address in the first place. My address didn’t change in two weeks from the first attempt at getting my defective phone replaced.
