Hello my name is Loretta Deberry, I love shopping at your stores, However I was shopping at a Detroit, Michigan Store, 2720 E. Jefferson, store #4319, I as a senior appreciate having this store in our neighborhood, however when I go into the store, it is dirty, the shelves are never stocked, the floor has merchandise all over it. The line is long because most times there is only one person on the register, and store associates are on their cell phones. There are not many stores in the neighborhood with affordable prices for us to shop, Please help make our shopping experience pleasant. We really need this store in our neighborhood. Yesterday, I was in the store on Amherst St. in New Hampshire, 12-13-2017, I went to buy the Colgate toothpaste, I thought this looks different, well low and behold the tube was only 2.5 oz., when I returned home I compared it with the last tube I bought at Dollar Tree and it was 5 oz.. It could almost be the travel size I will no longer purchase the Colgate toothpaste at Dollar Tree.
I have been shopping at the dollar tree in suisun ca and the manager there is just so rude to her employees and vendors screaming at them and pointing fingers at them while she yells at them. Her name is Stacey. I have seen this several times and I refuse to shop there anymore until she is gone. I have shopped at the dollar tree on Taylorsville Rd (Hikes Point) in Louisville KY for years. Over time I have watched this store in a steady decline and now it is so bad that it is a matter of clean it up or shut it down. It’s filthy, and since you sell food there is probably a health hazard. The shelves are mostly bare and if anything is in it’s correct place it would be a miracle. I can no longer shop at this store. I went in your store today in Eustis Florida. Your employee in that store name Christopher was very hateful and rude trying to tell me that my coupon wouldn’t work and I kept explaining to him it does because it says any gillette shave gel excludes foamy…. this was gillette non foamy shave gel. I have used this coupon before in your store without an issue. Hi my name is Jaleesa Bowe I went to one of your stores yesterday in weirton, wv (store#2829)and tried to use coupons. They didn’t allow me to use them because they said it had to match the picture. Which I told them I used one of the coupons at the other stores before so I know it will work. I also told them that the register normally beeps if it isn’t the right product. They told me they still couldn’t do it.

I witnessed employees storing perfectly good products, as they were bringing things in from a delivery behind the dumpster and when the manager came out instead at looking at the items behind dumpster she called the police and asked me to leave the property.
I have fotos but not sure what to do because one of the employees involved left the property came onto the road took picture of my license plate and threatened me.

Called many Dollar Tree numbers and got nowhere.
I eas in fort smith. Ar store on grand avenue. And heard two employees talking and laughing about locking another employee in the freezer. And they were laughing cause he couldn’t get out. That is a sick prank they should not have done that, just because they didn’t like him it is to my understanding that he got he got fire for urinating in the cooler where they locked him into. I’m going to talk to the prosecuting attorney and tell what i heard if these employees are not terminated i was in the store at 6pm. When i heard the bragging about what they did.
First I would like to say that my wife, family, and many friends enjoy going to the Dollar Tree Store and shopping. My complaint is simple concerning the Dollar Tree in Ville Platte, La. We use to love going to this store because it is close to where we live. But lately this Store has become so dirty and trashy that we no longer care to enter the doors. The floors are never vacuumed and thousands of small paper strips are all over the floor from stocking the shelves. At first I thought it was just a one time thing, but I tried 3 more times going in the store and it is in the same or worse condition than before. Items use to be properly displayed on the shelves but now many seem to just be thrown around on them. We also go to the Dollar Tree Stores in Eunice, La and in Alexandria, La and we see nothing as nasty as the Ville Platte Store. These other stores are pleasantly clean and organized. It’s just such a distance to go to the stores compared to the distance of the Ville Platte Store. I’m sorry but it is really turning off many people from entering this store. I felt that someone needed to notify the Dollar Tree Headquarters Of this situation so they can get it resolved. I am not looking for anything from your business other than a clean and organized store to enter and shop.

I went to pick up a couple of items for a service project and now I have a social issue that needs a solution. I generally like Dollar Tree but I may not shop there again if they do not address this issue. Today the cashier overcharged me ringing up too many items. When I brought it to her attention the response was that I should go find something else I wanted because the store does not refund. I didn’t want any thing else. . .I hadn’t left the register area but stood right there because I thought she had done what she did and admitted she had done. . .She called the manager at my request who informed me that that was the store policy. I informed him that this was not good business policy and that the DOllar Tree customers did not all have an extra dollar to throw away when a cashier made an error. He held that it was the policy. . .He could not credit the item to my credit card without re-ringing the whole order. If I paid cash they would not rectify their error at all. I am infuriated that an individual who shops for their best dishes at this store would be held hostage by such a policy. I expect this policy to be changed. I have a dollar this is not about a dollar. . .it is about fair practice.!!
