My complaint is that my Fitbit Zip seems to be going through batteries like crazy. I called the Customer Support number yesterday (October 19, 2017) and they informed me of a problem regarding FITbit and the Iphone/Ipad. Well my problem has been going on for longer than the update to my Iphone, especially since i just did the update last week! I asked for new batteries or a new Zip and was told NO. After talking to 3 people and getting the same response (after being told that a fix was being worked on and that I should sync my Zip with my PC) I asked, since I get emails from Fitbit on a regular basis, why didn’t I get one about this problem. After my conversations with Customer Support, I called and left a message at the California office for Mr. Eric Friedman, since I was hoping he would be interested in helping me and NO ONE BOTHERED TO RETURN MY CALL. Really poor Customer Care!
I got the Zip as a gift from my children and specifically asked for it because it is small and easy to read.

I owned 2 fitbits, I loved it n wear it every day. But, each Fitbit only last a little more than 15 months. Then the plastic attachment fell separate / apart, I used super glu to glu them together with my first one! It last couple months longer. My son bought me another one last X’mas. Today.(12-10), the part near battery charger, button n cover fell apart! This time it can not glu them together! I am very disappoint with your plastic product ! I give up on Fitbit watch now!
