This person Cheyenne which she prefers herself as manager there at your North Knoxville store off-Broadway was probably one of the rudest person I have ever talk to, for a customer that spends thousands of dollars yearly I have never once been made look like a fool in front of customers before all over my coupon which was up to date and was good after complaining that she refuses to take my coupon then orders me to leave the store and that I was no longer welcome. I will be more than happy to take my business esle where like Northern Tools just down the road. It may help if you have REAL managers that knows HOW to be a Manager, your north Broadway store would run better and more friendly. At this point I will never come back to your store just because of your manager you guys have hired…WHAT a BITCH!

    Everything seemed professional on your part and maybe even your complaint. Until your last word, leaves me thinking that maybe you were somewhat rude yourself and asking you to leave the store was not such a bad move on here part.

  3. I was told that I had to make sure all initials were sighned on Daily Download and day to day operational paper work was sighned. Ok.
    Then I was told I had to sighn other peoples names if it was earlier that day. This would be ok because I closed and it was my job to make sure it was done. Hmm oK I can Kind of see that? Then I was told that I had to go thru and sighn for other people or have a sales associate sighn for them so it did not look the same for days I was not working. Say What? I challenged this.

    I was told to be on board because Chamile was going to do a major audit. That the previous person droped the ball and David kimbriel told me himself that he was put on probation due to paperwork not beiong sop. That this needs to be my job. David or anyone else cant have any paperwork mistakes. So I need to make sure everything is documented and sighned up to look good no matter what it takes.

    I started getting wrote up. I documented that David was over on a till that was not ran. Change had to have been made the night before on his till after safe count. Not SOP. Not my close. I opened to find this.
    He was outraged. He called me into his office. Told me it f ing pissed him off. That its my job to not reflect this. He mad me re write the whole months paper work for the over and under log to cover it up. So I signed a month worth saying I was there in essence every day. The next day I was wrote up for the bathroom not being cleaned.
    I said ok lets write up the associate assigned to clean the bathroom. David said no.
    So it starts. I was placed in charge of several things and asked to do many tasks on top of sales supervisor. I closed most often. Not peak sales hours? Any way. I did all that I could even when I was coming back to work six hours after a shift. I started to burn. Constantly having to worry about the next attack. When I got tired of chasing the money from change giving and not collected I documented it. I was wrote up for an overge. In fact I was wrote up for an overage or underage after every challenge I mad due to why am I sighning this for other people. Or you want me to photo copy this form as blank and piece it to a new one to cover up mistakes.

    This was a very bad experience. The good behavior drive is a great concept. I was happy there for the most part. I realy wanted this to work. My actual work performance and my Teaching as a sales supervisor was complemented by all including the DM Juan.
    However I will not recommend this place as a good place to work. At least not this location.

    Ps. I was an Assistant Store Manager before this and I am very goal driven. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional and melicious behavior.

  4. I am a welding instructor at a community college. I recommend that my welding students buy your welding related equipment. I would like Harbor Freight to sell oxy-fuel cutting goggles. The students mistakenly buy the plasma cutting goggles and to return them.
