The ad are received for the 4th of July sale. Showed where you could get the mud bags for being a preferred customer. I go into your store on West Broad Street in Richmond Virginia. Where everybody is sitting on the furniture and not doing anything. And they informed me that hidden on the back of the form and small print you have to spend $499. That is so wrong to have that front page ad show everything and then have everything hidden on the back of the page. Then I call your customer service and they tell me that they are just customer service and they will take my complain. Not even really sorry that I am an unhappy customer. After all the years we have bought things from Haynes that will not happen again because you do not treat your preferred customers this way.
