We are currently staying at the holiday in gwinettt center in GA. When making the reservation they put us in a overflow room with a king bed. That is not what I requested. So now we are left with sleeping in a bed with someone not related. As a disable vet I am deeply sadden how this is currently being handled. I need that double bed tonight. On 7/5/17, my grandson & I went to the pool @ 1pm. While we were in the jacuzzi I noticed a large mouse/rat swimming in the pool next to us. I took photos and a video of the rodent with my iPhone. Never in my life had I seen such a thing at a hotel pool! We got out and reported it to clerk at front desk and she call a maintenance man. The clerk never offered to compensate me for my inconvience. I checked out and left.
The GM of hotel sent me an email apology. However, she never stating that a rat was in the pool but said it was removed and pool cleaned. She also did not offer any compensation or refund of my money. This incident happened at Holiday Inn Select in Salem, VA during my travel through Virginia. I probably will never return to that area in the future.
I faxed a theft inside holiday inn express cologne city center, a handbag contained €5000 and Samsung.tab. the receptionist told.me.to go to the police although cameras showed that the thief came from inside the hotel took the bag from the lobby, this is the hotel responsibility and I need a compensation to this big damage happened inside one.of.your hotels, you can refer to the cameras.

I work in the oilfield so I have stayed in many hotels. The holiday inn chickasha Oklahoma rates as one of the worst. They have no elevator and I have moved rooms 3 times which is a pain in the as S. Hawling luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs is not a luxury. Breakfast is always late and you can never find front desk when you need them.
That was the worst stay ever. They didn’t tell us the hotel was under renovations they double charged my bank card so we had no money for 3 days which really stinks when your on vacation. I will NEVER stay at Holiday Inn Express ever again. Plus we had to wait for an hr and a half to get into the room because they weren’t ready and we didn’t even get there til 5 pm. This was in Orange Beach Alabama very angry and worst vacation ever
i am not at all happy, I am staying in the Holiday Inn Express in South Haven, Michigan. The hotel is undergoing renovation. However it is 1137 pm local time and the workers are still working on the 3rd floor. I am in room 217. I have been to the front desk 3 times without positive results. The foreman was on the 1st floor and assured me that no one was working on the 3rd floor. We (he and I) went to the 3rd floor and sure enough in room 317 which is directly above my room there was one of his workers laying tile. The tapping on the floor by this worker woke me once again. Right now I am so angry I can’t sleep. The foreman admitted to me that they were working at this time of night because of a deadline that needs to be met.
I need a letter stating that I do not work there anymore. Because Justin will not give me one
I had a bad experience at Holiday Inn Express Atlanta on Clairmont Road I had reserved the room for two queen-size beds for two adults and two teenage kids when I got there they only had one queen size bed the shower did not work and we had to go out and buy a air mattress to sleep on the associate that work there and the manager was unconcerned and was not helpful they had a nasty attitude we left the next day and when we returned home we found out that they had charged us for a couple of days of staying there that we did not stay.
