Overall my experience was kind of ruined. I spent $81 for 3 VIP seats with table service. Right at the climax of the movie (20 minutes before the end, yup the very best part of my movie!!) The host shows up with the check expecting me to fill out in the dark. No light and total distraction. Then told me he brought me my card back, after i told him to keep the card until the end.
We went to see the Manager who brushed us off with a genuine (sarcastic) sorry about that it is corporate policy.
Unbelievably disappointed at something that should be pretty easy…just hold my cc to the end. Such a cool experience gone wrong.
The fact that I’ve called the theatre and corporate office and have received nothing BUT LONG holds and answering machines is absurd. How do you run a business and have NOT ONE SINGLE HUMAN answering or returning phone calls ?
Tried many credit cards to purchase tickets and your online refused all. I contacted the bank and no problem with them they approved. I contacted your corporate office to complain and a girl name Jacked could not be any more aggravating and rude and hung up because I asked for a manager and she refused and said you cannot I am it.
Just trying to purchase a ticket for my daughter that was having a bad day and after all the years we come to ipic I did not expect to be treated like this, its appalling and I will not forget this.
Mr. Hashemi you should be ashamed of the service you provide. None of your phone numbers allows anyone to contact anyone in your company and your corporate office is horrible. I for one will stop going to an ipic theater after this.
