On 2/17/18 my family was in Albuquerque from Utah. After meeting for dinner, my cousin mentioned they do not have Keva in Utah so we decided to go there about 715 pm. We ordered our smoothies and sat in the area where tables are set up and we were catching up. Approximately 745 the workers turned up the music so loud that we could not even carry a conversation. We realized that the store was closing soon so we exited at 750. The second we walked out the door one of the workers locked the door.
I understand about them wanting to leave work as soon as their shift is over but there are more appropriate ways to get people to leave at closing time. A simple announcement stating they will be closing soon. Jamming rap music to ridiculous heights was very bad customer service. Needless to say myself nor my Utah family will not return or recommend Keva juice in the future.
I sent this last week sometime and received an email, stating someone would call me. No one ever did. Unless you consider a very strange phone call I received the same day with a gentleman on the other end asking IS THIS MICHELLE? He did not ask to speak with anyone. Just IS THIS MICHELLE? If that was someone representing your office I do not wish to speak with this unprofessional person who sounded more like a thug rather than address someone appropriately.
I am very disappointed in your response or LACK OF acknowledgement.
