I worked at la quinta for 7 days .At la quinta ive been treated very poorly i am puertorican and i felt like ive been treated poorly over my race i have had words that were said to me i tried to tell the supervisor she gave me the number to call and then when i showed up for my paychevk she was rude as well i havent recieved my paycheck today is monday we got paid friday and still no paycheck she told me i can speak to corporate of la quinta erie pa so i knocked on her door and she was furious she was so angry i didnt know what to say to her so i told her what was going on she told me if i had quite why am i still there she was so mean to me and i told her that when i went to pick up my check friday the supervisor told me in order to recieve my check i would have to return the uniforms so i did as i was told still she was mean and said i dont even know you im very dissapointed i loved my job but the supervisors and the corporate just dont care !
I totally understand how you feel this is the worse company I’ve ever worked for fast food Management is better than this mess. The Jackson TN location is bad off as well the general manager is 30 and don’t know what to do or how to talk to his employees. They said your full time but how if you have less than 30 hours a week better yet if on only get 40 hours for two weeks. Wow The building is so out of date. They patch up things just when they know corporate office is on the way to check on things. The turn over for employees is sad every month he hires new people because no one likes working under that type of management. Someone need to do their homework and get new management. They are not going to be happy until this company is sued. Trust me it’s in the making.
I recently stayed at La Quinta Inn on I-17 and Thomas Phoenix arizona road was on an overnight trip heading back to flagstaff. I called the front desk to let them know that my remote control was not working, the front desk guy said he would send someone up to look at it for me 45 minutes later. A man who smelled heavily of cigarettes so bad especially for a non smoking hotel. his name tag said Chris, First of all he just walked into the room using his key without knocking first, which of course would startle anyone, he was so very rude he said wheres the remote it needs new batteries I handed him the remote control and he replaced the batteries, It obviously was not the batteries because it still did not work, The guy throws the remote on the floor and and says I dont have time for this shit and storms out of the room, I was in shock I could not grasp what he had done I have never in all the years I have stayed at the La Quinta Inn had something like this happen, He was only in the room for 5 minutes but when he left It smelled so bad like cigarettes because of him, I dont understand how the general manager would allow someone like this to interact with customers. He is horrible. I left the hotel right away, I called the desk again to speak with the manager they said she was not available, I let the desk know I have a very serious complaint about an employee and they said they would give the manager a message and they would return my call I did let the desk employee know it was urgent, I never received a call from the company.
Has anyone had any luck with corporate over having your stuff stolen? First time ever this happened and I travel quite a bit . It has ruined my holiday today and I didn’t even think they really care, the list of complaints with this hotel is very long .
