I was at you Albuquerque, N.M. Coronado location, the evening of August 2nd.
My husband and myself decided to have dinner in the bar area.
I wass hesitant because I could see the bartender seemed agitated.
When we attempted to sit down he said:
These seats are taken. With an unpleasant look on his face.
Two gentlemen that were eating dinner said:
We will move over to make room for the two of you.
My husband went to use the Restroom,
I proceeded to sit down, but before I could secure my seat,
The bartender said:
That’s it I Quit
And thru the menu across the bar
And using foul language said:
____I’m out of here
I stood up,
And said to the gentlemen
I’m leaving, I see I’m not wanted here.

waitess, Emily, that we had this evening at your Victor, NY, restaurant. We were a party of four. Emily took our orders, drinks and dinner without writing anything down. Our drinks and dinners were delivered and they were perfect. Emily was
Informative, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She checked on us frequently and stopped at our table numerous times to ensure we had everything we needed. It is a rarity to find such a pleasant and helpful waitress as Emily. The restaurant was very busy but Emily made us feel like we were her most important customers. Kudos to Emily and Longhorn for the great service we received tonight.
Love the restaurant in general. Steaks are great etc but everytime they get a good or great appetizer they stop offering it. LIke the old time spinich artchoke dip. And 2 years ago they had this great 3 cheese with bacon dip on toasted flatbread but it disappeared withing a month. Whats up with that??
