    I am writing to let you know about the bad experience I have had with Lyft. at the beginning of May I left my garage door opener in one of the driver’s vehicles I just recently received it back it took 2 months for me to get my garage door opener back and I even requested from Lyft support help for the names of the board of directors which I have never received this is public information and all the person had to do was give me the named. I am not happy with lyft and I will let my coworkers family and friends know about this . some of them are even going to cancel their accounts with lyft.

    I was wrongfully deactibated as a driver who feared for my life. I never had a chance to explain nor speak with anyone, dribers should have a voice as well for we are a helping hand and most of us quit our jobs to ne that hand and enjoy life. We as dribers are treated like slaves beyond measures, passengers have bad days and we were not trained to fix that problem in their life. Conclusion’s are reached without without our statement and we wake up to all being lost. The individual over my conclusion is disregarding most emails and request for a better explanation. My star rating has always remained high and my 6yr record for driving is very clean, we can not control the actons of other drivers also as they become more impatient once they see the LYFT sign it is only to how we safely react in any way possible. Drivers have no voice but we work hard and give amenities but are still looked down upon for any reason, such as not having a charger or or not going on government property for drop offs, in the mind of a passenger. Every passenger attitude and background is different as well as their idea of what driving safe arou d raging late to work drivers, construction, one way streets loop arounds etc.
    We are not slaves we are helping hands, and we are under appreciated at the hands of most. We are humans as well not robots. I do my best each ride but you can not make everyone happy.

    As a Lyft driver myself & a customer I understand your frustration with trying to get an item back.
    My experience has been that when a customer leaves something in my car to immediately return it, but sometimes it’s difficult to meet up with a customer. One time a customer left a pair of prada glasses, but i didn’t find them until I had my car professionally detailed because they some how slid under the back seat and that was a month later. I wash and vacuum daily.

    It is a driver’s responsibility to return your item when it is found. Lyft does their best to connect you with the driver.

    I am sorry you had one bad experience with Lyft, but the same thing could happen with any car service.

    I’m a Luftwaffe rider and just this month of August 2017. Their was 7 rides totalling almost $50 and I did not even take the rides not I’m the only person with access to your account I even had proof I didn’t order these rides the pick up address was somewhere on had no idea of the same with the drop off address Iccalled Luftwaffe now they could care less so I had to hire a lawyer and we are currently on the middle of this. Luftwaffe will just rob u I’d you do not pat attention to your account so be safe.

    My daughter took a shared ride to college in Woodland Hills, CA. She was the first to be picked up and the first to dropped off. She got charged for $50 for damaged (crease stain on a leather seat). She did not cause the damage and knew nothing about it. According to Lyft, the driver accusation is the gospel. This is very bad business. She will never take another left. Lying drivers.

    My name is Donald Ford. I am writing this because I have been dealing with an issue that shouldn’t really be an issue with your company.

    My Lyft account continually gets hacked and unauthorized rides are being taken.

    The recent incident happened Sunday September 10, 2017 @ 12:03 a.m. I was in bed at this time. This is the forth or fifth time this has happened. I have had to change my debt card each time.

    I am getting fed up with this problem that your company is having with securing my sensitive information.

    I am getting close to hiring a lawyer and suing Lyft.

    I would rather not and want someone from the corporate office to contact me so we can discuss how this problem is to be resolved.

    hi i use to drive for lyft and i need this issue resolved. i tried going online last week and i couldnt. when i called the lyft line, they told me i was deactivated because a report came in that i was “potentially intoxicated”. thats a BS lie and i have written many emails to some dude named RORY and he’s telling me ill remain deactivated because i have low ratings which was not what i was originally told i was deactivated for which in legal terms is called double jeopardy. Ive never ever driven drunk and i was a very courteous and dedicated driver. In 2 months of being with lyft i gave over 400 rides. Its BS that riders can give low ratings when a ride had 0 issues.. just because they feel like it and they dont have any accountability for their made up lies or low ratings. I want this checked out by corporate because this bogus safety team is incompetent

    i am interested in continuing to drive for Lyft in my new home of Kennewick, WA… the Tri-Cities area of S.E. WA.
    However; before I do so I am concerned about what I perceive to be serious issues with this company.
    1) it is impossible to talk with a live human in customer service
    2) then, Lyft has the nerve to have me check the box asserting I am not a robot!!
    3) A rider was able to contact me thru the Lyft portal with vulgar words, yet i could not respond. I was not deserving of this treatment due to the wrong address for a pick-up. I was just following the “Waze app”.
    4) Many riders are in groups that use both Lyft and Uber services. Seems that they call on both and which ever one comes first gets the ride… BUT no one cancels the other ride request! Happened to me three times out of the eleven ride request I responded to. Lyft needs to address this to keep drivers.
    RIDERS… PLease do your part and cancel if you no longer need the ride. It’s the nice thing to do.

    Iam a Lyft driver.I will no longer drive for this company (Lyft) after todsy.They dont support their drivers when passangers do damage inside the drivers car.Ive had damage done twice to my car and my claims were denied.A passanger spilled a 32 oz cup of clear soda in my car which caused my carpet to be wet and sticky .But because it wssnt a colored drink.They denied my claim.Now I have to pay out of my own pockets to get my carpet shampooed.Not to mention I had to get my speaker repaired because one of the riders slammed my door so hard it messed up one of my speakers.Thst got denied as well.Can someone from Corp please contact me.

    Thank you Jon for getting back to me on this. The accident you referred to was about a Four mile an hour accident where a woman rear-ended me while I was turning left in an intersection. The car was repaired at USA Collision, a Top Notch Auto Repair business. And, I guess you’re telling me thanks but no thanks we don’t need your business so again, I appreciate your response and will look else where to purchase my next vehicle.
