    Your customer service stinks. Didn’t get what I ordered or payed for. Called and complained 4 days ago and have not heard back from anyone. I believe 4 days should be long enough to take care of a customer.complaint. Called to speak to someone in the administration office and you get the blah, blah, blah message and back to the useless customer service department. I want my money back for the food I didn’t receive. My next step will be to the better business bureau and the Attorney Generals office of Michigan. I wouldn’t eat at one of your restaurants if you gave me free food for life……Horrible!!

    I have a complaint about Popeyes, not just an individual store but also Customer Service. I filed a complaint about a specific store, Popeyes #7108, located at 17524 Valley Mall Road in Hagerstown, MD 21740. I filed the complaint online on Wednesday 02/28/2018 at 4 PM. My complaint is that I had to wait 18 minutes 3:02 PM to 3:20 PM for my food, when I was told the wait would be 4 minutes. And there was no apology or explanation offered. Also there was another customer waiting longer than I had been. I still have my receipt, Order 63, which shows the time my order was placed. This is not the first time the service has been extremely slow at this store. When I complained to the store’s manager the first time, the manager responded with “that’s the way it goes”.
    After filing my complaint online in February, I have called Popeye’s customer service line (877-767-3937) three time with absolutely no positive response whatsoever. Below are my notes from the three calls.
    1st phone contact: Called Popeyes on Mon 03/05/2018 at 2pm to complain that
    I have not had any response or contact from Popeyes. Spoke with Alexis and informed her of my complaint filed online. She stated that my complaint has been forwarded to upper management. She stated that they will be contacting me. She made a note that I have complained about the same store a year before and had not received any response.
    2nd phone contact: Called Popeyes on Mon 03/14/2018 at 2pm to follow up on my complaint. Spoke with Josh says report was escalated. I will be contacted. Making sure complaint is reported and reply is made.
    3rd phone contact: Called Popeyes on Mon 04/03/2018 at 4pm to follow up on my complaint. Spoke with Rosa says report has been documented and she will escalate to management. I am not quite sure which management she is referring to (manager at store or at manager at corporate). She did ask if I wanted to speak with someone or be compensated. My response was to be contacted that the manager at the store was contacted and corrected. She also stated that costumer service did not
    contact the store or speak with corporate. She says she cannot forward my call to someone in corporate. She again stated she will forward my complaint to upper management.
    I have heard the same lie three times with the same result three times.
    No action on the part of Popeye’s customer service or upper management.
    I consider the treatment I received from Popeye’s customer service representatives to be despicable and detestable. Popeye’s management and Popeye’s Store #7108 has the following in common, they both are treating my complaint as insignificant and inconsequential.
    My only recourse is to boycott all Popeyes restaurants, bad mouth the Popeyes corporation customer indifference to my friends, family, church members and to post on social media my woefully poor treatment at the hands of the Popeyes organization.
