    I have been waiting on rushcard to send me a renewal card cause i misplaced my other. And my money is on that card they refuse to sens me a new card I’ve sent proof of address the lease to my home and a utility bill with my wife ID and SS card along with mine and the still want send me a new card to get my money. I have kids to feed and rent to pay but they refuse to help.     Yes, this just happened to me last week I had a total of $65.00 to last me until next payday..this w as my gas money to get to work with, I may now lose my job because the put a block on my account, when I called to get block removed..they told me that they blocked it for fraudently activity. I said whay fraudent activity..I told them I always check on my account..and everthing is correct..and plus i still have my card, they still would not remove block..they said they were sending another card with my money on it still haven’t recieved it! I WILL NEVER EVER do business with the again.I have been with them since 2014..never any problems and now this..I have lawyer on retain.

    It horrifies me to see that I am not the only Rush Card customer who is experiencing unacceptable service from this company.
    It makes no sense to require a customer to prove their address after they have thoroughly proven their identity. Why is an address so important? What if I moved to another state or country? What if my house burned down? What if I became homeless but I could prove my identity?
    Why was I able to change my billing address over the phone with no proof but now in order to retrieve my account balance I am being required to provide proof of my address which never changed? If I can prove my identity then my address is irrelevant. I could have my card sent to africa if I choose so. This company is terrible.

    To make a long story short I filed a dispute about a transaction that I didn’t do, I also filed a dispute with the company that charged my card the transaction that was done on 04/12/2017. Rushcard had me to fax all this paperwork in and on 04/24/2017 Rushcard told me that the transaction was valid and no refund would be given, however the other company sent me a letter on 04/29/2017 advising that the transaction was done in error and that on 04/24/2017 they refunded me the full 608.00 to my rushcard. I have yet to see my money so I called Rushcard to see when the money would be returned to my account…. Rushcard says they don’t have my money.. Guess it’s time to get a lawyer smh

    its funny how they push the money we owe them straight through with a quickness, but refunds take three to five weeks. this is an awful company full of greed. i have $1500 dollars floating in hoptel security deposits with them right now. the hotels have released it but it takes rush card three to five weeks to refund it. its criminal. shame on u rush card

    My card information was hacked by someone in Texas. I live in Missouri… obviously not anywhere near Texas when my card information was used 8 times on the SAME day by someone in Texas at WalMart. RushCard has refused to refund my account. I have been a loyal customer of RushCard for SEVERAL YEARS. I’m also a single mother who basically had her rent money STOLEN in this situation by RushCard. Really disappointed in humanity today and disgusted in this company.

    You have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I have been calling 1month+ regarding a ‘bill pay’ (the term your rep used) for a refund due to my card being canceled. Every time i called i s/w a sup and was given invalid deadlines. The last sup that i s/w said that there just wasn’t an update & she’ll send another email to the department that handles this issue. The call today was 46mins only for the rep to act like he placed me on hold but i olny heard music 1-2 of the 40mins that i was on a silent hold then, he hung up waiting on a sup. Totally UNACCEPTABLE. I really would like for your corporate office to listen to that call. Only 6mins was the time that i actually was speaking to the guy, the remaining on a silent hold. Im happy that you guys closed my card, now all i need is my refund that you all are illegally holding on to. I will make sure none of my friends, family and social media family gets a ‘rush’ aka slow card. How hard is it to verify that a check didn’t get cash within the length of time allowed??? Its been over 1 month for God sake!!! Pleaseeee have someone from the corporate office to contact me ASAP!!!! I will continue to share this on blogs and social media until someone contacts me or refund my dam money!!!!

    Someone fraudulently used my rush card so they blocked my card. Expedited me a new card and deducted $30.00 from my account which they did not inform me of or had my approval for this. I don’t have$30.00 dollars for no piece of mail. They should have informed me of this. They are refusing to refund my $30. I recommend rush card to no one. Getting my money of this card and cancelling it. Customer Service is horrible from the Philippines. Talk way too fast and cannot understand half of them. Shame on you Russell Simmons and Rush Card.

    I have been waiting for the provisional credit promised over the 10 day period twice, sent 4 different dispute forms, talked to over 20 reps and supervisors, been told to wait for 48 hours 3 times, told 24 hours by dispute team, hung up on, over-talked, just treated like absolute nothing. I literally call every single day trying to get my money and its never done and I have important things in my life that I’m having to cancel because of the lies!!!!!

    My check was up loaded on 7/6 so I mad two withdraws of $300 and one over the phone $30 credit card payment. Well I went to use my card this am for the 1st ti.e since yesterday and I was declined 2xs ( no my card was not on pause) then told I was a restricted user! I called in to have it fixed the customer service person reset my card an told me I was good to go. Which I was so I took the remaining amount off my card. Now correct me if I’m wrong when you pay a bill normally on the rush app it will say PENDING until the company your paying takes the funds owed. Something told me to check my credit card statement and nope it didn’t get paid it got declined, on the rush card app it never appeared even as pending nope nada! Not to mention when I call in customer service says she says oh that was our fault. I say an how can you fix it???? Because those funds should have been taken from my balance already before I tried to use it this am given those transactions happened yesterday. Any other purchase I make says pending or it went thru at that moment and deducts that amount from the total instantly. So when I withdrew the rest of my money this am I was unaware that my credit card didn’t get paid. And customer service said the only way for us to fix it is for you to deposit the rest back into your account ($8). So rush card messes up and I have to pay for it really this sucks and so did customer service! I’ve been with Rush since 2008 and I think it’s time to leave cuz y’all not LOYAL like ur customers. You should just call y’all self NO SERVICE instead of customer service! All bad

    Rushcard customer service is the worst. They are rude they refuse to get u to the person you need to talk to, they tell you lies. They keep you on hold for long periods of time, hoping you hang up. I have not gotten rude with them, I asked for a Supervisor, they don’t have one and they are not in the US so they have to try to contact a Supervisor and tell you they can’t get in touch with one . DON’T USE, THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH.

    I agree communication sucks not to mention couple years ago they completely wiped out my account I had to wait weeks before I could get it back right now trying to handle some business with them and can’t even reach them that 1-800 number is not customer service you can’t get hold of a rep it keeps sending you back to the same message over and over again a computer can’t do what I need done I need a person this literally has no choice for what I need on the 1-800 automated service I’m just going to be done with RushCard for good… horrible customer service horrible horrible horrible

    My name is Tamika Davis. I am writing this complaint in regards to a pending payment of $25 That has not yet been released on my card. It is from Country Inn Suites Hotel in Lansing, Michigan. The transaction took place on Saturday August 5th. I was told Monday when calling Rush Card, would take 3 to 5 business days for payment to get released on card. After 5th day, payment was not there. I contacted Rush Card Monday August 14th to so why was taking so long. Was told that corporate office was still doing investigation. I stated doesn’t take that long for a payment that never got charged to go back on your card. I then stated wanted to speak with supervisor. Was told after looking at my account money would be released by August 15th. The day of August 15th, checked my card money had not been released. I called next day and complained about money not being released in timely manner. I then stated if money was not on my card within certain time frame, would be writing corporate a letter or complaint informing them would be suing company. Would also be canceling my direct deposit and debit card after last deposit was made. It is a shame all of what I had to go through this past week. Not only did I had to borrow money to get to work had to change scheduled payment for another day. This doesn’t make any sense to me. I am highly disappointed in what had to go through with Rush Card.

    I did a bill pay I selected pay now the payee has not received the money. I called customer service mind you I did a bill pay last month and the month before that. When I hit the PAY NOW button my payee received their money within the next couple of minutes. I would even accepted 24hr. Rush card told me to pay my bill and the payee will receive the money in 2-3 or 5-7 business days. So if I pay my bill today they don’t get paid until they decided to pay them. terrible customer service. the supervisor could not help either. They basically stole my money could tell me where it was and it only took them 2 sec. To take my money but they didn’t pay my payee and it takes them all day to cancel the transaction..so basically my bill still not paid and my services has been cut off so I will no longer work with rush card.

Contacted cuatomer service on numerous occasions and still haven’t received anything .     Rushcard are a bunch of scamming assholes. A block was put on my account and they won’t unblock it. That’s all the money I have. I can’t even afford my prescriptions for the brown recluse spider bite I got two days ago. I told them I needed to change my address because I moved since I got my rushcard and they won’t even let me do that. I need my money and the customer service is HORRIBLE. How can you block someone’s card and not be able to UNBLOCK it? This is ridiculous and I am beyond frustrated. You’ll be lucky if I don’t sue your ass cause I’m seriously thinking about it.

    I am livid. My accountbwas compromised in Texas during the hurricane and Monet was token out of my acct. Rushcard tells me I have to file a disput and wait 90 days for my money! Wow… I call weekly and they have nothing new to tell me, like thay aren’t doing anything on my claim. No new information plz wait 90 days then the customer service supervisor Ms. Jean put me on hold for 15min and never came back to the phone. I called back and spoke to another supervisor to make a formal complaint against her (he wasn’t very forthcoming about the info I requested) I have been with RushCard since 2204 and they have shown me they DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! I will be leaving and making formal complaints with all entities!

    I been with rush for 5 years now a double transaction was taken off my card one of which i DID NOT authorise… Now the company released the one i DID NOT authorise, but rush will not release it for an additional 10 days me an my children has no food in the house nor can i get me some gas to get back an forth to work. I explained this to them u think they care HELL NAW..     I will never deal with rushcard again, I have been with them for a year now. I stayed at a hotel and put 100 deposit down when I checked out they released the money back to my card. I waited a couple of days until I called rushcard because I didn’t see the money back on my card yet it just kept saying pending… this company is so pitiful I called them over and over called the hotel did a 3 way so the hotel could confirmed they sent the authorization fax 3 times already and rushcard is still saying they haven’t received it .     I have been trying almost all year to get my damn money out my rush goals account($220) from my previous Rushcard. I call and call but still don’t have my ******* $$$. Their cust SVC is deplorable, the agents barely speak English so that an hour issue communicating clearly.     Does anyone know how to talk to an actual representative for RUSHCARD LIVE?? They keep sending me to a number that won’t let me talk to anyone and my card has been blocked
