Hello My name is Dee,
I made a reservation for our Boy Scouts and the leaders to stay at the Super 8 in Lubbock, Tx. for 2 rooms. When they arrived the receptionist could only find the reservation for Forrest for one room. After look around they found the other one for Mike, but for two rooms. Forrest Had a copy of the reservation showing it was only supposed to be for 2 rooms. And asked the receptionist if they could just stay in the two rooms for Mike. She said no that all 3 rooms were paid for. They had already been driving for a long time and was tired and did not want to argue so they took the rooms. The next morning the receptionist said they were good to go, and if anything needed to be paid that their associates would pay for it. A couple of hours later I get a call saying that we needed to pay for the third room. I am willing to make the payment, but from my own account, because the Scouts are responsible for the receptionist mistake. They just wanted to get some rest. Please send me a bill to my personal home and I will take care of it. But In the future we will not be using a Super 8 Motel for our stays.

I stayed at the super 8 in Riverton Wyoming besides the fact of they could even try to cover up the smoke smell in the room when i went in the bathroom the hair dryer plug is wrapped in electrical tape next to the sink i will not let my wife and kid use that and i would not recommend this dump to no one
This weekend 9/1 we got a room at the super 8 kings mountain..106 Holiday Inn Drive in Kings Mountain..
That motel is dirty and disgusting.. Upon arriving in the room the sheets and covers were dirty with burn holes in the blanket…when asked for someone to change the sheets the young lady brought us the sheets to change ourselves and we spotted a roach she took a hanger and knocked it down off the wall stepped on it and tried to push it out the door but didn’t.. No night time manager onsite
Stayed in Foley, AL….had cock roaches and carpet was filthy and room smelled awful!
