We acknowledge the challenges many of you are facing in today's hyper-skeptical investing market. While the most persuasive tool for raising capital will always be a fully developed deal evaluation binder, we recognize the need for a little extra help when real estate is getting such bad publicity. Mike's maxim still stands, "a good market's great, but a bad market's better."

Think about the metaphorical significance associated with "highest and best" real-estate practices! Todays market is no different than the beat-up shack that blinds other investors from the highest and best use of a property. The only reason no one wants it is because they lack the knowledge and the vision! If you want prosperity, get your wrecking-ball and reveal the market's highest and best use!
